Studio for rent in Cannes Location This little gem is located in a fantastic position. Depending on your pace of walk, you can get to the festival palce, the old town le suquet, Cannes old harbour and beach areas within 5 to 10 minutes. Although the studio is close to the centre it is placed in a quiet residential area – good for access to the centre of Cannes but also a great place to relax in the evening with a fantastic view of the harbour, festival palace, le suquet and Illrens Island Studio Details The studio can accommodate 2/3 people, with a comfortable double and single sofa bed. It is equipped with Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Sky and WIFI internet access. The Kitchen area is complete with a fridge, crockery, utensils, hob, kettle and toaster. Towels and linens are also provided. For your convenience we have included toiletries, hairdryer, electronic safe and a night cap with our compliments ! There is also secure underground parking - a rare addition in Cannes. If you wish to visit with friends or colleagues, I also have access to six other refurbished studios in this block.
